ABOUT US
Ogborne Law, PLC is a Phoenix based family law firm with a commitment to providing the whole family compassionate support during challenging times. Founded in 2012 by Michelle N. Ogborne, the firm is focused on working with families with children that are dealing with family law, mediation, collaborative divorce, and estate planning issues.
I started this firm out of a strong desire to serve families during their times of need. I’ve seen first hand how difficult things can be whether dealing with a death or divorce. – Michelle N. Ogborne
In 2014, Ogborne Law transitioned the focus of the firm towards collaborative divorce processes, working with the entire family to help manage the divorce, ensuring that every party’s needs are met and that the family relationships are still kept intact even though the marriage ended.
Of everyone involved in a traditional divorce, the kids are the ones who always suffer the most. From the emotional upset of the break-up of their family to the fighting that can happen over them, I was committed to finding a better way. That’s why we focus on collaborative divorce – because it lets me help the parents focus on the things that really matter, their kids. – Michelle N. Ogborne
