Trusts can deduct their costs and are allowed a minute tax exemption:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A simple trust can take a three-hundred-dollar exemption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A complex trust can take a one-hundred-dollar exemption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Selecting_a_trust_taxation\"><\/span>Selecting a trust taxation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When devising your trust, don&#8217;t automatically believe you want a simple trust since it sounds easier.
