Property obtained prior to marriage is thought of as separate. Due to this distinction, you are legally enabled to leave your share (fifty percent of marital property and all individual property) to anyone you wish.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Your_Last_Will_and_Prenup\"><\/span>Your Last Will and Prenup<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A\u00a0Last Will and Testament\u00a0is documentation that stipulates who will get your assets after your passing.
